Introducing ePlan Manager™ Version 2.1! We are proud to announce the launch of version 2.1 of our Fire Safety Plan management software program, ePlan Manager™. This new version will go live on September 15th and marks the first version upgrade to our proprietary software since its inception. ePlan Manager’s™ main focus is making Fire Code compliance easier, which in turn increases a building’s life safety and reduces risk, exposure and liability for the building owner and property manager.

Listed below are some of the new additions to our Fire Safety Plan Management software:

• Alerts for each building are showcased in a Status menu tab that displays a green, yellow or red status for quick and easy identification of buildings that require immediate attention.
• Reminders (previously alerts) allow for the creation of custom reminders to have the ePlan Manager™ system send out an email notification on any chosen day.
• All plan documents are now located in one centralized location – Manuals.
• PDFs can now be viewed right on the webpage in a Flash viewer, or alternatively downloaded via Acrobat.
• When sending in a Plan Change Request, multiple file attachments are supported and now contain a maintenance ID on the details page.
• The Send Emails tab has been overhauled with WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) rich text formatting.
• New, custom e-mail formatting and templates are now available for broadcasting emails to staff and tenants.
• The layout to the Personnel tab has been improved to better show alerts and has also been styled the same way as the Status page for consistency.
• Assistant Monitors are now included in the Floor Warden list for a complete emergency personnel contact list.
• Import and export CSV is now available for both Floor Warden and Tenant Contact lists.
• Multiple personnel can be edited or deleted at once without jumping back and forth between pages.
