Preferred Client Services
To protect your investment and to help ensure your emergency plan and program remains current and active at your facility, WPS offers a variety of services through our Preferred Client Services. As a member of our PCS, your company can select and customize a program that will best suit your needs and budgets from administration to an on-going training program for emergency personnel.
Administrative plan support is a guaranteed part of the program. Upon receipt or notice of changes, WPS will update plan documentation throughout the year. Changes to evacuation signs are also supported under this program. Our customer service department makes regular contact with the designated Emergency Director to help remind and ensure that their plan/manuals are kept up-to-date and their training programs are scheduled as per the agreed program.
